Wednesdays from 1:00 to 1:45, join Mekea, a RYA200 certified yoga instructor and mom of three, for a 45 minute class with your little walker. Stretch and de-stress in a child-friendly atmosphere Enjoy some bonding time and a chance to make new friends all while working in some exercise to your day!
